    Darrin,

I thought this was a wonderful guest. I’ve never heard of Tom Beal before, however this is one of the more engaging guests I’ve heard on a podcast. He has a lot to say and most if not all relevant to everyone. Seems like an extraordinary man. Good questions and leading by you as well. Thanks!! Keep up the good work!!

I totally agree with you and I’m glad you enjoyed it, Chu. What I especially love about Tom is that he’s able to deliver such awesome insights in a way that truly “connects” with just about anyone listening. He shares ideas here that really challenge your way of thinking. Super impressed by Tom!

Lots of practical strategies that I can implement and love how easy the idea of getting into shape was explored…no fancy pills in there!! What I struggle with and QUESTION here?? is scarcity mindset and the ‘give without thinking’ I am so resistant to this that I cannot even give to the Christmas hampers for those in need :-/ and no I am not a Scrooge it comes from my employment as a nurse who case manages 50 or so angry precontemplative drug and alcohol clients that my role means I have to give my time and energy too them that I do not have anything left to give to others…even my family!! I am trying to make change in my energy I am starting a yoga teacher training to recreate myself and find this flow of positive energy..sorry for the ramble but really curious and open to what I can do to change this and YES this podcast does have the answers…thankyou 🙂

NEVER apologize for rambling @charmaineconnolly:disqus 🙂 The more you write the better you’re able to communicate your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I would love to hear Tom weigh in here but I’ll give you my 2 cents. By NOT being able to give freely and without thoughts of reciprocity, you are literally stopping the flow of abundance to you and through you.

The ONLY way to conquer scarcity is by conquering that scarcity/lack mindset. I know I can do and give MUCH more and that is something that I’ve been focusing on in my life. You are certainly in a position (as a nurse) to give every single day. Even if it’s just more patience and attention towards some of the people you deal with at work. It could be as simple as listening to someone just a little more intently 🙂 Time is a much more valuable asset than money could ever be.

To get specific on a scarcity/lack mindset: This way of thinking comes from something buried down very deep within you. There are a few ways that you can attack that. One is through EFT tapping. I’m sure you are probably familiar with this modality but if you’re not, check out the interview I did with Brad Yates on tapping. It’s very powerful and works REALLY fast when done correctly. Another (that I am less familiar with but have heard great things about) is the Sedona Method. This is another modality that is surrounded by the idea of release and from what I’ve heard VERY (very) powerful!

I’m trying to get the guy that developed it to be a guest on my show 🙂

I’m glad you enjoy the Podcast and I really appreciate your kind words. Good luck to you.
